Paul is the founder of PD Property Consultants and its Creative Director. He is a multi-disciplined professional with expertise in 3 fields; Building Surveying, Project Management and Landscape Architecture.

Paul is a Building Surveyor who is currently on the RICS APC route to becoming chartered. Further, he is a chartered Landscape Architect CMLI and also a qualified Party Wall Surveyor MFPWS with broad domestic knowledge in this field. With over 20 years combined experience he has a proven track record of designing, managing and implementing a diverse portfolio of work for both public and private sector clients.

A skilled, enthusiastic and respected professional capable of working to tight deadlines, whilst ensuring high standards and attention to detail. Strong technical skills, combined with a real understanding of design and construction application at ground level.

Paul has also gained invaluable practical experience over the years whilst renovating his own properties and ‘getting his hands dirty’. He is particularly knowledgable regarding the renovation of historic buildings, sustainable architecture and is a member of SPAB, The Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings.
